Custom Earmolds
Aquabuddies are made of a super-soft Multi-Brite™
silicone material that not only provides an excellent
seal to the ear canal but is also durable, soft to the
touch, and they float!
Each swim plug is custom made and includes right and
left ear indicators to distinguish one ear’s
AquaBuddie™ from the other and there is a Euro-style
handle that makes provides ease when removing or

We have a wide range of colors to choose from and you can swirl one, two or three Multi-Brite™ colors to
create a style all your own. Whether it’s tiger stripes, school colors, or a solid for each ear – it’s
completely up to your taste. Each set of swim plugs come with its own brightly colored wrist pouch.
To create AquaBuddies™ custom swim plugs, a hearing care professional takes impressions of the
ears to be fitted. This is done by carefully placing a soft block into the ear canal and then temporarily
filling the ear with a special impression material that “sets up” in about 5 minutes. The impressions are
then removed and sent to Earmold Design, Inc.
Double the ear protection with Ear Band-It™
Ear Band-It™ is a comfortable, easy-to-wear headband specially designed to keep water out and hold
swim plugs in securely. Physicians recommend Ear Band-It to help prevent “swimmer’s ear,” especially
for swimmers with ear tubes. It’s made of colorful,
reversible Neoprene and is easy to put on and take off. Ear Band-It fits all ages, from
one-year-olds to adults.
* Note: No swim plug can be absolutely guaranteed to keep all water out of the ear. AquaBuddies™
should not be used for scuba diving or when diving into water.
